Fish Skull Surface Seducer Foam Popper Howitzer
Surface Seducer Howitzer are extra wide and thick popper heads with loads of push for super loud, bubbly popper action on the surface. The popper heads feature two differently shaped sides and lips – one wide and one narrow side. Depending of the direction you tie the popper on the shank the lip will cause the fly to either pop with more spray or dive a notch deeper.
Originally designed for articulated “Game Changer” poppers, the Surface Seducer Howitzer have soon sneaked their way into various fly tying patterns. Not at last Niklaus Bauer (Vision/Fly Dressig) who managed to catch multiple meter pikes in the north of Sweden.
Available in different sizes and colors these popper heads are perfectly suited for all aggressive game fish with an affinity for surface prey – regardless whether its pike, barracuda or GT.
